Job Description NAOVI is seeking a Senior HC Policy and Strategy Planner for the following task: Primary responsibilities: Design, develop, and administer annual interagency data calls related to foreign language capabilities across the Intelligence Community. Collect, clean, and consolidate large datasets. Validate and analyze data. Provide troubleshooting assistance to responding agencies. Create deliverables in Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint. Contribute to annual reports. Draft talking points, briefing decks, and other products. Lead post-data call information sessions with IC agencies. Respond to Congressionally Directed Actions (CDAs), the Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB), and other Congressional taskings. Coordinate with FVEY counterparts. Support FVEY liaison meetings in the Bethesda, MD area. Provide basic content updates to a FVEY-accessible classified website. Coordinate with National Intelligence Managers on foreign language-related matters. Provide administrative and logistical support to IC Community of Practice meetings. Contribute to IC strategy and implementation planning. Interface with IC-wide stakeholders on process improvement and best practices. Education and Experience: (Required) Requires BA/BS and 18+ years of experience, Master’s and 10 years of experience or 24 years with no Bachelor’s degree. Requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph. Tableau proficiency. Excel proficiency. Microsoft Office tools proficiency. Data cleaning, management, and validation experience. Experience analyzing large datasets. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Data call experience. Desired Skills: Python proficiency. Advanced Tableau proficiency. Advanced Excel proficiency. CDA and/or CBJB experience. IC policy or strategy experience. FVEY and/or Interagency experience. SIPRNet familiarity. Experience automating data flows.
