Employee Assistance ProgramJob DetailsJob Title: DPT Program Director* Establish and maintain program accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE). * Coordinate timely submission of required fees and documentation, including reports of graduation rates, performance on state licensing exams, and graduation rates, to the appropriate accreditation bodies.* Maintain accurate information on the program website that is easily accessible to the public regarding accreditation status and current student achievement measures.* Follow the policies and procedures of CAPTE as outlined in The CAPTE Rules of Practice and Procedure.* Develop and maintain a contemporary and evidence-based Doctor of Physical Therapy curriculum that meets accreditation standards and achieves program goals and expected outcomes* Provide leadership, vision, and strategic direction for the DPT Program, including active collaboration with Program Directors and leadership of other South College DPT Programs* Plan and conduct DPT Program faculty meetingsMust-Have:* Earned terminal academic doctorate (i.e PhD, EdD, DSc, etc) * At least 6 years of experience of full-time higher education experience* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a DPT faculty member, or Associate Professor* Active Physical Therapist License * Knowledge of legislative, regulatory, legal, and practice issues affecting clinical education, students, and the profession of physical therapy, including CAPTE Accreditation StandardsReady to apply?Click "APPLY NOW" and let's chat about how you can join our team!Interested in hearing more?
