Senior Project Manager
to work hybrid out of our harborside corporate office in Bremerton, WA. This position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of corporate projects. This position works closely with decision makers in all departments to identify, provide, evaluate, and implement solutions for the organization. Quick Facts Seniority Level:

12BC What you will do Lead the primary plan, design, development, and financial analysis for new projects. Manage multiple large, complex institutional programs/projects consisting of multiple initiatives from original concept through final implementation. Lead project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and vendor management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management for all assigned projects to ensure expected results and positive outcomes for the organization. Lead teams in project execution and ensure the team members meet or exceed expectations. Collaborate effectively with others across a broad spectrum of managerial, administrative, and professional staff to ensure successful planning and implementation of changes across multiple entities. Communicate regular status updates regarding project status, complex problems, or possible timeline issues, along with recommended actions for correction to all project stakeholders, including the Senior Leadership Team. Manage project budget by confirming accuracy of invoices, analyzing variances, and resolving with vendor as required. Build, develop, and grow strong business relationships internally and externally for the success of the project and project management. Develop a trusted adviser relationship with project sponsors and key stakeholders through consistent communication, delivering on commitments and facilitating positive project outcomes. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or related field required, or equivalent experience. Five (5) or more years’ experience in planning, execution, and management of projects or equivalent is required. Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) required. Preferred Qualifications Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification preferred. Project Management experience working in the Financial Industry preferred. Seven (7) or more years’ experience in planning, execution, and management of projects or equivalent preferred. Our Values Integrity:
