Primary Responsibilities:

Establish, configure and setup virtual networks Monitor resources and log analytics Azure resource management skills to reduce cost and compute resources Design and implement disaster recovery, fail-over environments for recovery Design, implement and manage storage patterns Design, implement and manage security patterns to encrypt data in transit, at rest, in use Monitor vulnerabilities and design and implement security patterns to remove threats and attacks Creating servers and databases for functionality Ensuring responsiveness of applications Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues Prioritize, Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, networking issues effectively Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in open-source frameworks such as .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and HTML5 3+ years of hands-on experience using DevOps tools in a cloud environment, such as Docker, GitHub, Kubernetes, Nginx, Apache web server 3+ years of hands-on experience administration and programming in Azure Cloud Platform Proven solid knowledge of the Azure platform's key services, workloads, governance, networking, databases and security Exposure to technical know-how of Microservices, overview of distributed systems, Web applications Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills with background in technical and business communications Proven excellent inter-personal skills, comfortable and successful establishing professional relationships Demonstrated ability to meet critical time-sensitive objectives, emphasis on planning skills Proven good organizational, project management, analytical, problem solving and verbal/written communication skills Ability to travel 25% when required

The salary range for this role is $104,700 to $190,400 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
