Legal Case Manager

Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is a full-service lemon law firm based in Los Angeles. Our law office represents California clients who have been sold a defective vehicle that qualifies as a lemon. We are seeking a Legal Case Manager with previous case management experience, preferably in Lemon Law. This is a full-time, salaried position, responsible for managing tasks and activities as assigned by the Director of Case Managers and their assigned Paralegal and/or attorney. Responsibilities include: Develop, implement, and support all legal efforts. Provide feedback on all functions. Act as the point of contact for the Client, Paralegal, and lead Attorney. Suggest strategies to improve quality and efficiency. Maintain consistent communication with assigned clients and track progress until completion. Reach out to clients (minimum monthly) to update them on the progress of their case. Review and ensure cases are complete once received. Work closely with the team to help answer concerns and questions including non-standard case matters. Handle a portfolio of lemon law cases from A to Z. Organize and maintain electronic case files within the company software/case management system. Other Requirements: Bilingual (English/Spanish) – a majority of our clients are Hispanic, and the candidate will assist in translation. Proficiency with Microsoft, Outlook, and legal management software. Preferred experience in trial prep, discovery, document production, and document management.
