Overview: We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Head of Creative to join our team at a nation-wide healthcare services brand. The ideal candidate will lead and inspire a team of creative professionals to develop innovative, compelling, and impactful creative solutions that align with our brand's mission and values, with a strong focus on business-driving new and emerging areas such as digital, social, AI enablement, and more. Responsibilities: Lead the creative team in developing and executing strategic, integrated, and innovative creative solutions across all brand touchpoints, with a strong emphasis on digital, social, and martech-enabled ideation, iteration, and production. Collaborate closely with marketing, brand, and product teams to ensure alignment of creative strategies with business objectives, leveraging new and emerging technologies where applicable. Drive the development of breakthrough creative concepts and campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement designed for different platforms specifically, while having the strength to ladder back to core brand messages. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to leverage consumer insights and market trends, along with creative performance analysis, in the development of creative strategies and personalized content. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the creative team, driving continuous improvement and professional development in new and emerging creative areas. Qualifications: Minimum of 15 years of experience in creative leadership roles within the retail, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries, with a strong focus on digital, social, and UI/UX creative solutions. Proven track record of leading and delivering high-impact, award-winning creative campaigns across all channels to drive brand equity and business results. Expertise in integrated marketing communications and creative technologies of the future. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry landscape, including compliance, regulatory, and ethical considerations related to new and emerging technologies. Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams and external partners in new and emerging creative areas. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
