    • Oversee the annual audit and serve as the Museum’s chief compliance and risk management officer.
    • With the Board Treasurer and Finance Committee, manage the Museum’s endowment and investment portfolio.
    • Recommend actions related to all financial matters of the Museum.
    • Support Board Committees on Finance, Investment, and Audit.
  2. Property, Tenant, and Technology Operations
    • Oversee all building services and maintenance, ensuring the facility is safe, clean, and highly functioning.
    • Review and approve all major equipment purchases, building projects and requests.
    • Oversee the Museum’s tenant operation, ensuring the tenant spaces are leased, maintained, and marketed appropriately.
  3. Human Resources
    • Oversee the Museum’s Senior Director of HR and serve as staff liaison to Board HR development of job descriptions, hiring procedures and staff management.
    • Collaborate with HR on compensation matters and engage comp studies as needed.
