Fully remote contract role - US based Possible contract to hire based on business needs and performance How you can make a difference: As a Salesforce Business Analyst (BA), you will be part of a team responsible for delivering Salesforce.com solutions that support the development of new and existing program functionality that drives Sales and transforms Service delivery within our organization. As a BA, you will work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to elicit and analyze their requirements. A BA will be responsible for the management of complex multi-disciplined CRM projects. This role will be working alongside Solution Architects to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions. What you'll be doing: - Gather, define, and document requirements - Work closely with Product Owner and business stakeholders, understand the outcomes, define, and document requirements - Work alongside Solution and technical architects to develop functional specifications documentation and use cases - Consult, document, and maintain operational process flows - Collaborate with Development, Config, and QA teams - Solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions while driving for OOTB solutions on Salesforce.com platform - Review technical solutions for compliance with business processes and objectives - Plan, prioritize, and deliver systems enhancements What you will need to be successful: - 3 years of implementation experience with Salesforce.com Sales and Service clouds - Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM products, including workflows, process builders, validation rules, and security controls - Proven ability to leverage analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment - Working Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein - Strong presentation, communication (writer and verbal), and interpersonal skills - Experience with Health benefits administration (HSA, FSA and Cobra, etc) business processes - Experience in Lead to Cash, Issue to Resolution business processes - Experience in working on an agile scrum team - Salesforce Admin Certification required - Consulting Cloud Certification in Sales and/or Service is preferred - Salesforce Knowledge AI preferred - Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience Interview Process (subject to change): 2 rounds 1 - hiring manager and team member 2 - hiring manager boss
