Job Description:

As an EHS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Medical Compliance:
- Schedule, track, and report on onsite medical exams, including DOT physicals, audiograms, respirator fit tests, and asbestos/lead-related exams.
- Coordinate with the DMV for DOT physical submissions.
- Develop the 2025 exam plan and schedule.
- Drug and Alcohol Program:
- Collaborate with the Third-Party Administrator (Gregory and Howe) to implement the Drug and Alcohol Program and DOT Commercial Driver Program.
- Submit required records for MVRs.
- Support internal resources in scheduling and arranging onsite random drug testing.
- Assist with DOT statistical reporting.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required, Associate's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of clerical experience.
- Prior experience with compliance and DOT regulations is highly desired.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
