GENERAL DESCRIPTION

• Competitive base salary range + incentive bonus plan participation
• Open to candidates that are based within our national footprint near a major airport in the Dallas, TX area

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare, Review, and post journal entries in NetSuite
• Participate in the month end close process, analyzing results, and ensuring accuracy
• Create and update reports, dashboards, and design and track KPIs.
• Be involved in various projects as required and prepare ad-hoc analysis for Finance Manager as requested
• Prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
• Working closely with the Director of Finance facilitating the day-to-day financial operations of the company
• Maintain vendor/item records, W9’s and contracts in Cashflow360, NetSuite, Concur.
• Manage AMEX corporate account, issue new cards, oversee monthly payments, track point system and usage.
• Work with Insurance Broker to ensure coverages where needed, appropriate rates are applied & payments are made.
• Connects to various internal and/or external data sources to acquire data.
• Discover data issues, find solutions, and recommend actions to prevent future failures
• Analyzes sales and financial results by collecting, monitoring, and studying data
• Develops/modifies reports for operations and finance based on changing business needs
• Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to Finance Manager
• Reconciles transactions and recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data as well as conducting comparative analyses and correcting data as needed
• Other duties and projects as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, data analytics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the restaurant, franchise, or national chains industry
• Advanced Excel skills, experience with NetSuite, MS Office 365, Google Workspace; Microsoft Access experience a plus!
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet demanding deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and self-motivated learning abilities
• Experience with NetSuite, Microsoft Office (with strong excel experience), Microsoft Access experience a plus!
