Its 580 judges and commissioners work in one of the 36 facilities within the Court's 12 judicial districts and are supported by more than 4,800 full-time Court employees. ABOUT THE POSITION The Cyber Security Lead, Governance and Awareness (CSGA) manages the implementation, operation, and maintenance of court-wide information security awareness and technology governance programs that are designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information, voice, mobile, data network, application, and computer infrastructure, and their associated information assets. The incumbent consults with the Information Systems Security Officer, GRC (ISSO-GRC) to understand and achieve division objectives, ensuring alignment of initiatives with the Court's mission, strategies, operations, and standards. SELECTION REQUIREMENTS To qualify, you must meet one of the following options at the time of application: Option I: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field - AND - Five (5) years of experience in cyber security, auditing, risk assessment, and governance. At least one (1) year of the qualifying experience must have been serving as a Lead. Option II: Nine (9) years of experience in cyber security, auditing, risk assessment, and governance. At least one (1) year of the qualifying experience must have been serving as a Lead. Option III: Any combination of knowledge and experience that provides the required skills to perform the job. Lead workers have formal authority for providing policy/procedural guidance, work direction, and training to coworkers to resolve issues in a specific area of expertise.
