PersonalizationMall, a subsidiary of 1800Flowers, is growing We are currently in search of a Front-end Developer with a minimum of 2 years' experience. We are looking for a creative problem solver and a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering pixel-perfect solutions. Successful candidates will have expert knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript. Our current front-end stack includes LESS, Bootstrap 4 and JQuery/JQueryUI, but the right candidate should be comfortable writing Vanilla Javascript and Vanilla CSS. Responsive/mobile design experience with or without a framework is a must. A bachelor's degree from an accredited university is strongly preferred but may be substituted for equivalent experience. Responsibilities Craft user-centric web pages/components from prototype to customer facing pages using Front-End best practices. Enhance application performance for optimal speed and adapt designs for mobile platforms. Create high-quality mockups and prototypes that meet design specifications. Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to refine website functionality. Gather and analyze user feedback to guide the development of solutions. Support back-end developers by assisting with code development and problem-solving. Stay updated with current trends in web development. Qualifications: Proven experience with HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, showcasing a strong foundation in web development principles. Comprehensive understanding of the web development lifecycle, including design, development, and deployment. Experience with using TFS/git/github or similar version control applications. Proficiency with content management systems. Solid grasp of design principles and layout aesthetics. Understanding of various image file types. Knowledge of basic UX Design principles and mockup applications such as Figma. Experience with cross-browser testing and debugging. Strong analytical and multitasking abilities, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of web accessibility standards Familiar with Product Management software such as Jira or similar Experience with Vue /React/Angular or any other JS frameworks. Nice to Haves: Hands-on experience running local .NET environment. Hands-on experience using version controls / TFS. Experience with C#/.Net Experience working in small Agile/Scrum teams. Experience developing for Ecommerce / Online Shopping Cart Designing prototypes /userflows CSS BEM/Tailwind/Materialize/Foundation
