Entry Level Technological Support Agent

Full Time

Provo, UT, US

Hours:  Full Time Only 

Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Onsite- Provo, Utah office location


Position Description 

We are looking for driven individuals to give technical support to end users by doing question diagnostics and leading them through step-by-step solutions. Solutions include but are not limited to, addressing username and password issues, troubleshooting errors, and assisting with navigating around application menus. As this is entry-level, there is lots of room to grow and advance in the company. Continued learning is encouraged as you get a strong foundation and create your dream career. Come join our team!

Job Duties 

  1. Troubleshoot over phone, email, and chat

  1. Manage tickets assigned to you

  1. Display professional research notes

  1. Maintain our customer SLA

  1. Maintain a 90% or above customer satisfaction rate

  1. Identify and escalate urgent issues

  1. Have professional customer service skills

  1. Use basic SQL

  1. Regression testing

  1. Complete other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:  

  • Proficiency with in-bound and out-bound phone calls 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Experienced customer service soft skills 

  • Outstanding attention to detail and personal organization 

  • Ability to troubleshoot and find workaround solutions for customers

  • Dependable attendance

  • Hard working and motivated to learn and grow
