Job Description
- Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Handle heavy Inbounds & Outbound calls
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Take orders over the phone & In person.
- Cross-selling is a MUST
- Monthly Telemarking calls for clients who have not purchased in a while
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- • Greet customers face to face and process orders.
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
• Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
• Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
• Inform customers of deals and promotions
• Sell products and services
• Work with customer service trainer to ensure proper customer service is being a deliverer
Work Hours & Benefits:
Monday-Friday Full Time
Monthly Bonus: for Metric Met of Order & Sales.
Vacation Pay, Sick time, Health Benefits after 90-day probation.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

This is an in-office position and we are not offering at this time remote work or relocation at this time.
Starting Salary:
15.00 to 16.00 an Hour
Monthly Bonus: range from 200.00 to 250.00 based on your sales.
