We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing information about our services to inbound callers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide information about our services to inbound callers
• Utilize our pricing protocol to present and sell services to callers
• Work with customers to schedule service calls on our field technicians calendars
• Make outbound calls to our existing customers for scheduling service appointments
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the services we offer
