We are seeking a self-motivated and well-organized individual with strong communication skills, sales experience, and high energy to interface with our customers. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing quotations, order status updates and responding to customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:​​​​​​

• Understanding customer requirements.
• Assisting the customer in selecting the appropriate product for their application.
• Quoting price and lead-time.
• Entering Sales Orders into our system
• Tracking the order to ensure on time delivery.
• Responding to customer questions regarding the status of their order.
• Leveraging the relationship with our customers to seek new opportunities.
• Developing e-mails and literature to promote our products.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
