Job Description
Established environmental firm, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in our Bridgeview, Illinois office.
Must have: · A minimum of two years experience in call management at a contracting or professional services firm
This is a full-time salaried position. Daily activities involve managing customer calls, scheduling estimator visits and projects, and performing miscellaneous office work. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience with 2 bonus per year of 5-10% of the annual salary
Key Responsibilities and Activities
· Responding to customer inquiries
· Providing customers with information about company services
· Scheduling estimates and projects and entering the information into shared calendars
· Preparing project files for onsite supervisors
· Proofing and filing project paperwork
· Processing invoices and payments
· Applying for project permits with municipalities
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
· A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
· A minimum of two years experience in call management at a contracting or professional services firm
· Excellent customer service experience

· Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and preferably QuickBooks
· A strong attention to detail
· A familiarity with the internet
· Be authorized to work in the United States
· Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
