Here is the Position Detail:-

Job Title: Customer Service I

Location: Temecula, CA (92591)

Duration: 12 months of Contract

NOTES: Training is approximately 4-6 weeks onsite, Training hours 7am-3:30pm then shift hours would be an 8-hour shift with a start time from 4:55am through 8:30am.

Job Responsibilities:

· Needs to have some level of customer service dealing with the public.

· Must speak clearly, good verbal communication, able to multitask, phone calls, attention to details, very important to start on time and minimize absenteeism.

Required:

  • MS Outlook (no power point needed), 10 key data entry and typing testing. (Typing – 35+ WPM, 10-Key 5,000 KPH).
