Airmax Heating & Cooling, Inc is hiring: Customer Service Representative in

*We are a locally owned Heating & Air Conditioning Company*

• Answer incoming calls.
• Coordinate with Sales Department
• Call/Schedule Install's of new HVAC systems
• File permits for HVAC jobs being done
• Register HVAC equipment
• Enter Equipment into system
• Invoicing
• Also responsible for various administrative duties where needed. (Teamwork)
• Must have good customer service skills , be able to multi-task, problem solve and work well under pressure!
• General knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word a must.
• Regular hours 8AM - 5PM (Some overtime may be required).
