Customer Service Representative Job at Emerson Group in Camden

International company in Camden is looking for a Customer Service Representative
This is a Long Term Temporary position
$20./hr
Hours: 8:30-5:00pm In Office M-F
 
Job Duties include:

• Calling retailers to obtain repair orders.
• Upon receipt, confirming that the repair orders match all of those located in the system.
•  Prepare spread sheet in chronological order and transposing information on RO verbatim onto the spread sheet.
• Attention to detail is paramount.
• These are legal documents and can be subpoenaed.
• Must be comfortable using laptop and multiple screens at one time and utilizing in house CRM.
• Should have some working knowledge how to set up and input information into spreadsheet.
• Accuracy, detail oriented, punctual a must!
