Responsibilities:

Learn and be proficient in duties pertaining to the CSR position including but not restricted to the following:

Duties:

• Have basic knowledge of customers and their requirements
• Accept and process orders in a professional and timely manner
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Order entry, when required
• Verify order entry and correct when needed
• Phone skills
• Proficient email correspondence
• Identify a customer’s situation and applying the proper response or getting assistance
• Help resolve complaints and refers grievances to the designated department for investigation
• Other duties as assigned

Areas of focus:

• Attendance is crucial
• Knowledge of shipping/recieving processes
• Be able to use share file information and apply as needed
• Work with team members in a professional manner
• Have a good attitude
