Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring that all customers have a positive experience with our company. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, both in person and through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints, concerns, and issues with empathy and a focus on resolution.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Assist with product recommendations and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved inquiries and providing timely updates.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues and improve customer service processes.
  • Stay up to date on company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Friendly, approachable, and patient demeanor.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
