Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with potential customers by directly engaging with members of the community.
  • Support customers by providing information about enrollment prerequisites, processes, sales, and available services.
  • Review and verify customer eligibility based on specific criteria, such as age, income, or enrollment prerequisites.
  • Assist the Sales team in monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Ensure applications are input into our system correctly to ensure sales goals are met
  • Adhere to government compliance protocol and maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Representative and Sales team to evaluate the efficiency of enrollment programs and recommend enhancements as needed.
 

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous background in sales, community outreach, or a customer-facing role.
  • Confident in engaging directly with customers s and effectively presenting information to potential customers.
  • Passionate about helping others and eager to make a difference in the community.
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including evenings and weekends.
