Customer Service Representative

Full-Time| On-site with Weekly Pay

A background in customer service and or sales is preferred. However, we hire on attitude, passion, and personality, so previous customer service or sales experience is not paramount!

This is a very customer-centric role, so you’ll need to be confident and comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face. We are looking for individuals who will go above and beyond to deliver and who are determined to be the best.

Customer Service Representative Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face and voice of our client’s brand. You will be responsible for engaging customers and promoting the company’s products and services. You will effectively be a brand ambassador, learning and maintaining strong product knowledge to deliver presentations and represent clients in a confident, charismatic, and professional manner.

  • Participating in sales activities
  • Provide customer service to customers
  • Communicate customer concerns and sales opportunities to sales management
  • Follow up on customer/sales leads
  • Make sales presentations to prospective customers
  • Maintain excellent customer relations with customers
  • Perform administrative duties to assist sales in preparing sales reports and keeping sales records
  • Generate sales reports in a timely manner tracking sales performance in all sales
  • Achieve sales goals through a consultative sales approach
  • Coordinate customer service requirements through entire sales process
  • Assisting customers with sales questions to make purchases

Requirements:

  • Able to commute to the job location
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Capability to think outside the box and get creative
  • A strong work ethic and desire to go above and beyond to meet all targets and objectives
