Key Responsibilities

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company's CRM or other relevant systems.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

Qualifications
