Responsibilities

Customer Service:
•Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
•Assist customers with their printing, copying, and other service needs.
•Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and turnaround times.
•Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
•Process customer orders, including taking payments and issuing receipts.

Production Support:
•Assist with daily production tasks, including printing, copying, binding, and finishing.
•Monitor and maintain inventory levels for paper, ink, and other supplies.
•Prepare files for printing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer specifications.
•Operate and maintain office equipment such as printers, copiers, and binding machines.
•Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality output.

Administrative Duties:
•Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
•Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
•Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
•Support the management team with various office duties.
•Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints
•Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
•Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
•Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed
•Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot

Qualifications

•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
•Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•Ability to lift and move supplies and equipment, up to 50 lbs.
•Ability to stand for extended periods during production tasks.
•Manual dexterity for operating office equipment.
•Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
•Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
•Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
