NOW HIRING!!!We are seeking Machine Operators with Press operator, Set-Up Operator or Laser Operator experience for top quality fabrication company near Gilbert, AZ area to elevate their fabrication, production and machine operator team and perform daily operations of all assigned to all operators: metal stamping, precision fabricating, welding and assembly. This position is a temp to hire opportunity, payrate based on prior experience/or education/certifications. Candidates must have strong machine technical skills, multitasking abilities and experience with operating manufacturing machines. Open Positions:

• 1st Shift: 6am - 230pm - OPEN
• 2nd Shift: 2:30pm - 11pm - OPEN
• 3rd Shift: 11pm - 6am - CLOSED

Payrate Range: $23-25 per hour (payrate based on Machine Operator position, all positions will require a certain operator skill level. All applicants must submit a resume with details on previous work history and skills.)

Skills and Requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

• Operate machinery presses, shearing, power tools and other metal fabrication machinery
• Repair small mechanical and installation fixtures
• Ensuring quality control procedures and safety checks
• Strong knowledge of punch press machinery or set-up operator skills
• Previous experience with hand and power tools experience
• Experience with maintenance repairs, wiring hydraulic Numatics, pipe fitting etc.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
• Some knowledge of various power tool equipment (grinders, conveyors, chillers, scales, dryers, etc.) and hand tool equipment (drills, clippers, utility knives, etc.). Requires general supervision under standard practices.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to respond to questions from managers, engineers, and coworkers.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
