ICAFe PCR is hiring: Equipment Repair Technician in Fort Worth

Are you mechanically inclined and ready for a hands-on role? Southwest Air Equipment is seeking skilled Foam Equipment Repair Technicians to join our team! In this role, you’ll work on a variety of foam equipment, performing repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure our customers' equipment stays in peak condition.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain spray foam equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Provide product support for call-in and walk-in customers.
• Assist sales personnel with the installation, start-up, and training of foam equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete repairs and projects.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Previous experience in the spray foam insulation industry is preferred.
• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with foam and paint equipment is a plus.
• Attributes: Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
