CNC Operator Job at Randstad USA in West Chester

The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to manufacture precision medical device components. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, adherence to strict quality standards, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift: Monday - Thursday 2PM - 12:30AM (4 day work week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills) to produce parts according to specifications and engineering drawings.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and ensure they are operating efficiently.
• Monitor the machining process to ensure quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Document production activities, including setup sheets and inspection records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in the medical device manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine operation.
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and precision measurement tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
