Qualifications

• Candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience or a relevant bachelor’s degree may be considered for immediate full-time positions.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced production, fulfillment, or manufacturing environments with defined success metrics and goals for teams and individuals.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions required to successfully run stated protocols with minimal supervision.
• Keen attention to detail, highly organized, and diligent.
• Understands and follows all ECL and site-specific policies and procedures.
• Strong computer skills and not intimidated to learn new systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle and maneuver small components and parts.
• Comply with all lab safety guidelines and use appropriate safety and protective devices when performing duties in the lab.
• Ability to work flexible shifts/hours, as well as overtime as needed, which requires standing on the lab floor for the duration of a work shift excluding breaks.
• Lifting and handling of materials used for experiments will be required, not to exceed OSHA guidelines.
