Eastridge is hiring: Production Machine Operator in Lake Forest

We are currently hiring Production Machine Operators for both 1st and 2nd shifts at a premier tank and cylinder manufacturing company.

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment.
• Utilize hand power tools as needed.
• Perform assembly tasks according to procedures.
• Assist with resin squeezing and tool cleaning.
• Support operations such as material preparation and boss recovery.
• Install tank labels and foam domes.
• Assemble and ship products on time, meeting or exceeding specifications.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 1 year of production work experience in roles such as machine operator, assembler, or fabricator.
• Experience with CNC or injection molding is a plus but not required.
• Ability to prepare and follow detailed work procedures accurately.
• Familiarity with assembly tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Understanding of mechanical assembly processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ year of manufacturing work experience in roles like machine operator, assembler, or production worker.
• Comfortable using power tools.
• Willingness to cross-train in all production areas.
• Availability to work overtime, including Saturdays.
