Job Description Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in project management to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the development effort by conveying the vision to the Agile/Scrum team, outlining work in the product backlog, and prioritizing it based on business value. Your role will bridge the gap between stakeholders and the development team to ensure that the right product features are delivered on time. Responsibilities: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather product requirements. Prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and clear to all parties. Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements, answer questions, and make trade-off decisions. Lead the planning of product releases and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams. Ensure the product meets acceptance criteria and is aligned with the business goals. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication of status. Continuously prioritize and refine the product backlog based on feedback and changes in business environment. Requirements: Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile software development. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices. Previous experience as a Project Manager or in a project management role is highly desirable. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and manage conflicting priorities. Technical background with understanding of software development and web technologies. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification preferred. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred.
