Automation Tester

Job Description Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester with experience in integration testing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated test scripts, with a particular focus on integration testing within Fusion environments. You’ll work closely with the development and product teams to ensure the quality and reliability of applications through efficient regression and integration testing practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for Fusion and integration testing. Conduct regression testing to ensure stability of existing applications after updates or bug fixes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Analyze test results, log defects, and work with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Develop and execute integration test plans to validate end-to-end functionality across multiple systems. Provide detailed reports on testing progress, defects, a Fusion and issues, and work to continuously improve the automation process. Fusion or Oracle experience is a plus but not a deal breaker Must have Integration and Regression testing experience Client facing as well, solid communication skills Proven experience in automation testing, especially in a Fusion environment. Strong understanding of integration testing concepts and tools. Experience in regression testing with a focus on identifying and managing critical paths. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar) and test automation tools. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Company Description Based in Eagan, MN.
