Facility Integration Engineer

Position type: Contract Duration: 6 months Location: REMOTE As a(n) Facility Integration Engineer you will: In this role, you will act as a Facility Integration Engineer for large sodium test facility supporting the development of advanced nuclear reactor project technologies. The Facility Integration Engineer will work as part of a high-performing team of engineers and scientists, using their industrial experience to guide and inform the development of the new test facility. The prime responsibilities include coordinating engineers working on systems, components, and testing plans for critical components, ensuring the test facility is appropriately designed to execute its testing mission. Responsibilities: Will serve as a facility integration engineer supporting large component test facility design and deployment, with an emphasis on mechanical system development. Responsible for coordinating geographically diverse design team members to develop test facility design documents. The team is composed of employees, subcontracted resources, partner employees, and customers. Develop, maintain, and refine plant level and system level requirement and specification documents, as well as support digital design tools and configuration management processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in STEM field or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of experience in facility or process engineering preferred but not required.
