Role: M365 BA Location: Folsom, CA (Remote) Duration: Full Time Job Description AgreeYa is seeking a M365 Business Analyst to support their M365 clients across the U.S. This role will be a part of the M365 Project Delivery Team and assist in implementing enterprise initiatives for their Microsoft clients. Responsibilities of the M365 Business Analyst include: Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of client stakeholders. Collaborates with project team to determine project scope and vision. Conducts interviews to gather client requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods. Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics. Works with client stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements. Assists in conducting research on products to meet agreed-upon requirements and to support project efforts. Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards. Develops and utilizes standard templates to write requirements specifications accurately and concisely. Creates process models, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team. Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary. Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood. Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets, etc.). Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops, etc. in groups or individually. Guides clients through Change Management & User Adoption principles. Drafts business requirements documents along with training materials. Qualifications for the M365 Business Analyst include: 10 years of experience as a business analyst or in a related field. 10 years of experience in Microsoft365 technologies such as 365 Office, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint Online, etc. Excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills. Detail-oriented with high caliber written, verbal, graphic communication skills, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer-facing skills, ideally gained in a consulting role or internal stakeholder-facing position. 3 years of experience with group facilitation. Bachelors or master's degree preferred.
