Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated SAP Basis Administrator to join our team. The candidate will play a key role in supporting and maintaining SAP systems for our organization. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems and HANA databases. Responsible for SAP operational support (system patching, batch management, and SAP audit support). Daily manage SAP Third Party Tools (Opentext, Vistex, Vertex, Synchro, Adobe Doc Service, Rev-Trac, Redwood). Essential Job Functions: Perform core Basis tasks: Daily monitoring, client administration, Jobs administration, transports administration, execute queries, prepare system audit reports for all SAP applications. Plan and execute SAP system upgrades, new system installations, migration and patches. Support administration of third-party bolt on applications like Opentext, Vistex, Vertex, Synchro, Adobe Doc Service. Manage, prioritize, evaluate, track and resolve Service Desk SAP administrations requests. Setup and manage job scheduling and job failure alerts on job orchestration tool like Redwood. Manage transport deployment activities and administration through Rev-trac and documentation related to transport deployments. Develop and maintain operating procedures, documentation to support SAP audit requirements, user guides and self service documentations for 3rd party tools (Opentext, Vistex, Vertex, Synchro, Adobe Doc Service, Rev-Trac, Redwood). Position Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Basis Administrator role Minimum 1 year of experience utilizing SAP Third Party Tools (Opentext, Vistex, Vertex, Synchro, Adobe Doc Service) Proficient in MS Office, Powerpoint presentation, Software installation Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; the ability to communicate clearly and confidently on conference calls, in meetings, via email, etc. at all levels of the organization is essential.
