Role: Pega BPM Developer Visa : USC/GC/GCEAD/H4EAD/L2S Contract : W2 locations are Jersey City, NJ / Plano, TX - Local Exp- 10Years It is a Hybrid role Weekly 3 days Onsite. Need passport number at the time of submission. Job Description - Pega BPM Developer Responsibilities and requirements • Analyze, design, and support the implementation of Pega 7.x BPM workflow based on business requirements and specifications • Adhere to development standards defined by the Pega COE and conduct regular code reviews to ensure compliance • Participate in Agile Team activities, including daily stand-up meetings, backlog grooming, product demos, and retrospectives • Collaborate with Testing Teams to ensure timely correction of defects or missed requirements • Prepare and present demos during the application life cycle • Strong understanding of and experience with the ability to design, develop, test and implement workflow application in Pega 7.X platform. • 3 years hands on experience with Pega PRPC platform (7.2 and higher) • Experience designing and developing process based solutions or BPM (business process management). • Experience in working on various rules and features like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors etc. • Experience in full PRPC implementation cycle including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets design. • Participate in an Agile / Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases. • Good understanding of doing integration with third party APIs (WebServices, JSON, REST, XML etc.). • Understanding of web concepts such as HTTP, SSL/TLS, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, Oracle/SQL and Scripting knowledge is highly desirable. • Experience with Jira, Jenkins, BIX, Oracle DB development, REST API • 8 years of experience, including Pega 7.x BPM, Java, SOA, WSDL, Web services, HTML, XML, JavaScript, XHTML, CSS, and Oracle • Nice to have - Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA)
