YOUR ROLE
The Retention Leader in Contract Logistics is responsible for driving positive customer experiences, fostering sustainable account growth, and ensuring long-term client relationships by delivering high-quality services and exceeding expectations.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Foster long-term customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction. Coordinate RFQ, renewal processes, and the introduction of new services, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements. Act as the primary contact for economic, contractual, and operational matters for assigned customers. Identify business opportunities, implement action plans for service deviations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Resolve critical escalations and implement solutions to address service challenges effectively. Facilitate communication between operations teams and customer stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational consistency. Implement and manage the Customer Engagement Program (CEP), promoting innovation and value-added services. Drive account retention and renewal efforts, maintaining a +95% retention rate within the vertical. Oversee contract management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely renewals or amendments. Prepare and lead strategic reviews and presentations for customers, showcasing performance and driving competitive proposals. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
10+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management. 5+ years of experience in customer/account management roles with similar responsibilities. Strong expertise in 3PL operations and front-line account management. Proven ability to understand customer needs and implement loyalty strategies effectively. Excellent communication, active listening, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with experience in diagnosing and resolving operational issues. Comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and commercial practices. Proven experience in managing contracts, preparing proposals, and conducting negotiations. Project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. Highly organized, empathetic, and customer-focused, with a sense of urgency and a results-driven mindset.
