Hours : 8a-5p, M-F
This position is eligible for a hybrid work, however, travel to the site is required; therefore, you must be within a drivable distance from the facility.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION Preferred: Microsoft, VMware, Cisco networking, EMC storage or similar industry certifications.
EXPERIENCE
Required:
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in information technology or a related field. Preferred:
5+ years of experience in information technology or a related field. Proven track record of managing complex IT infrastructure in a demanding, 24/7/365 environment. Experience working in a healthcare setting. SUMMARY
As a
Systems Administrator , you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and security of our client's mission-critical enterprise systems. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our multi-site Windows environment, including servers, storage, and applications.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Technical Expertise:
Serving as a subject matter expert in Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, 365, Azure, SCCM, SharePoint), VMware, Horizon, cloud services, and network infrastructure (Cisco LAN/WAN/Wireless). System Administration:
Performing a wide range of complex tasks, including system upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Problem-Solving:
Identifying and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime and maximize system availability. Security:
Implementing and enforcing security measures to protect sensitive data and systems. Collaboration:
Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. SKILLS AND EXPECTATIONS
Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrated expertise in:
VMware virtualization (vSphere, Horizon) Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, 365, Azure, SCCM, SharePoint) Storage technologies (SAN, NAS, FC, iSCSI) Network technologies (Cisco LAN/WAN/Wireless)
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Time Management:
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines. Adaptability:
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Commitment:
Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call rotations and after-hours support.
