Job Description

As the Manager of the Solution Architecture team, you will lead a diverse team of skilled architects specializing in Infrastructure domains (Cloud, Network, etc.). You'll work closely with both technical and business teams to ensure alignment between solution design and business objectives while also fostering the professional growth of your team members. This role requires a balance of strategic vision, technical knowledge, and people management skills.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred. * 3+ years of leadership or management experience in a solution architecture role. * 8+ years of experience in IT architecture, with a focus on Infrastructure and Cloud. * In-depth understanding of industry standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). * Hands-on experience with emerging technologies and trends in networking, infrastructure, cloud, and IAM. * Ability to stay updated on advancements in technology and integrate innovative solutions effectively. * Strong project management and prioritization skills with a track record of delivering solutions on time and within budget.
