Job Description
As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet our organization’s needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and utilize various sourcing techniques to find the best candidates in the market.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidate
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the roles
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future technical positions
Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Vitol as an employer of choice
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and outcomes
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Qualifications: Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a Technology related field
1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or a similar role
Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies (e.g., data science, data engineering, software development, machine learning)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
