To excel as the Chief Financial Officer at Missoula Bone & Joint LLC, candidates must possess strong financial leadership skills and a keen understanding of strategic business direction. Proficiency in financial software and tools is essential for planning, organizing, and directing the company's finances. A solid foundation in developing and administering policies on finance, accounting, internal controls, and budgeting will be critical. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, coupled with a minimum of one year of professional accounting experience.

Effective communication and analytical skills are necessary to collaborate with the CEO and other team members in making informed decisions regarding growth projections, auditing, and contracting. Knowledge, skills and information required for the position are:

Responsible for financial leadership in determining strategic business direction and long-term strategies such as planning, organizing and directing the finances of the company including the development/administration of policies on finance, accounting, internal controls, budgets, growth projections, auditing and contracting. Requirements for this position are a BA in Accounting or Finance and at least one year of professional experience in accounting. Reports to CEO. This position is a full-time salaried position.
