Genesis10 is currently seeking a Systems Operations Engineering Consultant with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 month contract position. Responsibilities: Provide expertise and consultation on large-scale Systems Operations Engineering projects with broad impact. This includes strategic planning and reviewing complex multi-faceted challenges Evaluate long-term or larger-scale Systems Operations Engineering issues, considering a variety of factors including intangibles or unprecedented situations Contribute to resolving complex scenarios by leveraging a deep understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to ensure deliverables are met Work strategically with client personnel to address complex operational challenges, aligning efforts with business goals and operational requirements Provide technical and operational expertise to develop consumable, actionable metrics, which are essential for managing a large workforce of 1700 resources Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture, or an equivalent combination of work experience, consulting, training, military experience, or education Experience with PowerBi and Tableau for data visualization and reporting Advanced skills in Excel, including data automation and visualization Proficient in data mining to extract actionable insights Strong understanding of business operations and business acumen Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint for presentation and reporting ServiceNow experience, with advanced skills in reporting and dashboard creation Pay Range: $52-$62 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
