Job Description: As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will join Scrum team working on a new implementation of a software that is replacing a legacy system. He/she will be working on a project from ground up based on a new implementation of software to handle warranty cancellations. Responsibilities include working with the business to document process, functions, application and current state with estimation and planning and translating requirements into user stories in Azure Devops. Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for developing business cases, defining high level business objectives and developing key success factors for solution delivery. .Candidate should have extensive experience and ability to document accurately and learn and understand the business operations as they are working with our stakeholders. Candidate should be comfortable working through a fast-paced environment with workshop sessions gathering documentation from key business SME's playing a part of a larger team. Experience working in Waterfall and Agile environments desired, Salesforce Service Cloud knowledge is a plus.
