We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join one of our esteemed clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Position Overview We're looking for an analytical thinker with a passion for problem-solving and a deep understanding of technology and business processes. As a Technical Business Analyst , you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement systems and processes that drive efficiency and success. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, processes, and objectives. Work closely with developers and IT teams to design and implement technical solutions that meet business needs. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvements. Ensure the proper integration of systems and maintain data accuracy and integrity. Assist in project management tasks, including timelines, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders. Create detailed documentation, including technical specifications, process flows, and training materials. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of systems to ensure smooth implementation and functionality. Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing systems based on user feedback and evolving business needs. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. 3 years of experience in a technical business analyst role or similar. Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks and methodologies. Proven ability to work with complex data sets and technical systems. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and process mapping tools. Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or similar. Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
