About the Role:
As a
Project Manager , you will lead projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. This role requires proactive coordination, problem-solving, and effective communication with project teams and stakeholders. Facility Relocation: Manage electric utility relocations (overhead and underground) for Public Improvement projects like road widening, bike lanes, or streetlights, overseeing design, construction, and closeout.
Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Lead project teams and coordinate activities to meet project goals and objectives. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to overcome obstacles. Communicate updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status. Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources. Uphold quality standards to deliver exceptional project outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners. Facilitate project meetings and discussions to drive progress. Oversee project documentation, including schedules, plans, and reports. Contribute to the development and refinement of project management best practices. Qualifications:
Certification : PMP certification is required for all Project Manager roles. Experience : 8+ years of project management experience. Skills :
Leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
