JOB DEFINITION

Sale's "Hunter" who will approach all facets of the sales cycle with enthusiastic commitment. This includes generating leads through multiple channels of prospecting. In our solution-based selling environment you will have full knowledge of current and potential customer base within an assigned territory, use of our CSR and operating system, create customer partnerships, and attain profitable new business by partnering with our operational Delivery Team to ensure we are acquiring ideal customers.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES

The essential duties and responsibilities are listed below. Other duties may be assigned. Prospecting, Qualifying & Winning new business with ideal Commercial clients & Large HOA Boards. Represent company in professional groups/associations that foster new opportunities. Be an early adopter of technology and processes. Craft thoughtful solutions for external and internal customers. Some travel required: Attend meetings internal and customer meetings. Qualifications

Age Requirements:

Employee must be at least 18 years of age and meet all applicable state-mandated labor laws Experience:

Proven history of selling commercial service contracts (B2B), preferably landscape maintenance. MS Office, Zoom, Teams and CRM systems. Ability to:

Develop strong internal and external customer relationships. Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills. Demonstrate strong analytical skills. Meet critical deadlines with accuracy and diligence. Adhere to company policies, standards, and safety guidelines. Maintain professional demeanor and appearance. Operate at the highest level with limited supervision. Maintain a strong work ethic.
