- Jan 22(7a) - 27(7a) • Call Schedule: 24-hr call; 7a-7a • Patient Demographics: Adult, Geriatric • No. of Cases per day: 1-2 • Annual ER Volume: 30,000 • Support Staff: First Assist w/ Endoscopic Saphenous Vein Harvest experience. • Required Procedures:

- Adult Cardiac, General Thoracic & Congenital Cardiac Surgery

- CABG, Off-Pump CABG

- Arterial Revascularization & Redo Coronary Revascularization

- Tube Thoracostomy, Pericardial Window, Tracheostomy, Thoracic aortic aneurysms

- Flexible & Rigid Bronchoscopy, Thoracotomy Lung Biopsy, Thoracotomy Lung Resections & Pneumonectomy, Thoracotomy Decortication

- Mediastinal Surgery, Mediastinotomy and Biopsy

- Surgical "Open" Aneurysm Repair, Heart Valve Repair/Replacement Surgery and Mitral Valve Repair • No. of ORs: 1 Heart, 1 Hybrid • EMR: Epic • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements: • KY License • BC • BLS • Clean record • Able to cover the Jan. dates (preferred)
