PermitFlow's mission is to streamline and simplify construction permitting in $1.6 trillion United States construction market. Our software reduces time to permit, supporting permitting end-to-end including permit research, application preparation, submission, and monitoring.

We’ve raised a $31m Series A led by Kleiner Perkins with participation from Initialized Capital, Y Combinator, Felicis Ventures, Altos Ventures, and the founders and executives from Zillow, PlanGrid, Thumbtack, Bluebeam, Uber, Procore, and more.

Our team consists of architects, structural engineers, permitting experts, and workflow software specialists, all who have personally experienced the pain of permitting.

✅ What You’ll Do:

As an Account Executive, you'll work alongside the CEO and Head of Sales to bring PermitFlow to more general contractors, builders, and developers who need help with their construction permitting.

  • Independently generating demand and converting prospects to new customers

  • Delivering sales presentations, product demonstrations, and business proposals

  • Expanding & growing usage of PermitFlow through current customer base

  • Effectively developing, managing & growing sales pipeline through multiple channels

  • Engaging with product and operations leadership to provide user feedback and inform the product roadmap

  • Delighting customers on an ongoing basis in coordination with customer success

  • Collaborating within the broader sales organization


🙌 Qualifications & Fit:
  • B2B Software Sales Expert: Sold 5-6 figure ACV B2B software contracts and understands the teamwork, process management, and communication required to succeed

  • Entrepreneurial Minded: You love to move fast and solve pervasive and challenging technical problems

  • Gritty: You're not easily discouraged. When you put your mind towards a goal; consider it achieved

  • Learner: You're innately curious and willing to build a deeper understanding of underlying problems

  • Team Player: Highly communicative, collaborative, and committed to improving the team and others around you

  • Construction Experience: You've sold intro the construction industry and have a proven track record of success

Compensation Range: $160K - $230K
