The details:

This (OEM) Original Equipment Manufacturer, a leader in the road maintenance/preservation equipment industry is currently searching for an Industrial/Commercial Equipment Painter for their facility Located in Burlington, ON. This company manufactures and distributes equipment and products required to repair and maintain roads and other asphalt or concrete surfaces.

As an Industrial/Commercial Equipment Painter, you’ll play a key role in delivering durable, high-quality finishes to heavy machinery and equipment. This isn’t your typical painting job—we’re looking for experienced professionals who know their way around industrial-grade coatings and equipment-specific painting techniques.

We need someone with 5+ years of hands-on experience in:

• Commercial equipment painting ( within agriculture, marine, manufacturing, or trailers, forklifts - all applicable)
• Painting work within used equipment shops applicable—bringing machines back to life with expert craftsmanship.
• Non-automated painting, using tools like automated spray guns and straight 90-degree drip techniques.
• Mixing paints, hardeners, and activators, and ensuring flawless, durable finishes (no flek or clear coats).

You’re NOT a fit if your experience is limited to residential, condo, or car painting.

• Paint equipment and parts with the help of a dedicated prepper.
• Mixing paint and primers according to vendor-approved specifications
• Ensure top-quality work—avoiding re-paints and keeping your equipment clean, maintained, and organized daily
• Collaborate with a team of pros to move projects to assembly seamlessly
• Assist Purchasing with ordering necessary materials and equipment to ensure no downtime
• Work in a fast-paced, no-micromanagement environment where you can thrive
